Application Form for Bank Approval and Registration
The supervisor must send the following information, 30 (thirty) days (Master) or 60 th (sixty) days (Doctorate) before the date scheduled for the Qualification Exam or Defense of Dissertation / Thesis:
1) Day, time and place of the public session;
2) Title of the work, abstract, keywords and number of pages;
3) Members of the bank, including the advisor and co-adviser, if any, indicating the link (institution), their addresses in the Lattes Curricula, as well as whether they will be holders or substitutes.
IN THE EVENT OF EXTERNAL MEMBERS TO THE INSTITUTION (UFPA), it is necessary to inform the CPF, email, link (institution) and year of completion of the most training so that you can be registered in SIGAA.
After approval of the bank by the PPGEAP Collegiate, the same will be registered in the SIGAA and the secretariat will provide the necessary materials.
THE FAILURE OF ANY OF THE INFORMATION MAY INVISIBLE THE APPROVAL AND / OR REGISTRATION OF THE BANK!
